    No need! All you need to do is go to Shopper's Row at night and talk to either a Coughcoff or a Roughraff; when you do, they'll argue a bit about who's sharper. After that's done, talk to Roughraff and select yes. Then it starts a cutscene. I won't spoil what happens. So you can see it yourself. :v

    I can't believe I discovered that with no videos at all I was just doing a walk knowing I completed the game and don't have to do anything else (accept befriending Kyubi he's to strong) And I found Roughraff and Coffkoff (I think thats how you spell it) Having a argue ment about whos pointer why does Roughraff feel like he has a chance!?!?
