    I would say Trapinch, Pikachu, and Goomy. All these (except Trapinch because you can get it normally but has a very low encounter rate) are ones I got from SOS battles and they took so long to get. Pyukumuku is probably another rare SOS mon but I haven't tried getting one yet so I dunno.

    Let's see...Bruxish(1% appearance rate), Mimikyu(5% appearance rate), Jango-mo(5% appearance rate), Munchlax(5% Appearance Rate), Pichu(5% appearance rate), Komala(5% appearance rate)....just to name a few.

    Bruxish is a Water/Psychic type. It's actually a pretty good Pokemon, just really hard to find.

    Talking about rare, consider Mareanie, which doesn't appear unless it's SOS called... @Xarive- Also, Pyukumuku isn't really rare, just surf off Hano Beach. Both Pichu and Goomy can be obtained in regular battles too, though Goomy requires rain to be found.

    for me was pikachu since is find pichu that 5% rare added the extra 5% chance of a pikachu. eevee evolution also since had wait till afternoon for any eevees.
