    雨または雪の日の次の日の夜9時くらいにあいてるはず

    リセット監視センターが開いている時間 通常：夜9時～夜0時 朝型：夜7時～夜0時 夜型：夜9時～翌日2時 上記の間、たまにマンホールの入り口が開いていて、中に入ることができる。 中に入る為の条件は、駅の改札が閉じていて、前日に雨や雪が降っていて、その日（朝6時～翌日の朝6時）の天気が1日中晴れだと入れるようになる。
