Where can I find Stufful?

I really want a Stufful to join my team. As usual I'll try the GTS. However I'd like to know where you find them (If you can find them in Pokemon Moon) for the sake of reference.

    U can find it on route 8 but only at daytime and even then it only has like a 5% chance of appearing

    Cool thanks. I made a good choice by using the GTS then? I'm breeding one and I might name him/her Blueberry because of how cute Stuffuls are as well as for the sake of kinfeels (It's a long story and it's hard to explain without sounding insane).

    Also I can't stay up late at night and the flow of time is different in Moon so that bit of information was valuable.
