  Basically anywhere in Brooklet Hill that isn't part of where the Totem Wishiwashi was (Alomamola spawn there instead). I would stick to the first wooden bridge area when you enter Brooklet Hill. Unfortunately, it's a 1% encounter and 5% in a bubbling spot, so this will take time.

  if you see bubbles/ring in the water, there's a better chance to find rare pokemon, try not to run near the spot or the ring will disappear
