    You have to use a QR code for a key item called a 'Kappa Cog' at the Piggleston Bank. Use the train. The Springdale Central Line is the nearest place. Seriously, the next station is the exact one with Robokapp in it. Make sure you have any kind of sushi (Preferably top-teir sushi.) with you. Also if you have trouble befriending him, Popularity ability Yo-Kai should really come in handy!
