    Try putting up a fair trade instead of always looking for them. Most of the fair trades get traded quickly, and you're only poking through the ones no one wants to make. I've been putting up fair trades and haven't had a single issue. The longest time anything sat was about an hour.

    Tabitha back in gen 6 it was fast I've spent about a day waiting if anyone would trade me a litten for my rowlet but... no luck

    In gen 6 it was fast for you? xD Dang, I had to wait hours back then. Litten isn't very popular because of its fully evolved form. Try putting up a different pokemon for Rowlet.

    Oh wait, you're trying to get a Litten. 0: try taking it down and putting it back up so it's not so far back in the search. The starter pages get bogged down with people asking for legendaries for starters. Starter for starter has gotten pretty difficult this gen.
