Question

ゴーストタイプの助け連鎖について

質問はタイトルの通りゴーストタイプでの助け連鎖についてなのですが、どうやれば効率がいいでしょうか？他の属性ならみねうちでHPを1にすればいいですが、ゴーストタイプだと効果がないので使えません。ミミッキュとスナバァの色違いを狙いたいので回答お願いします。
