    Also check out something called Pele's hair. It's a result of volcanic activity that creates fine strands of yellow volcanic glass that looks a lot like blonde hair. That's part of the basis for alolan dugtrio (that and surfers) and also explains the steel typing (in the game the volcanic activity creates strands of yellow steel, instead of glass)
