Unfaire Abmahnungen an Zeichner

Warum wird man als Zeichner abgemahnt wenn man angeblich fragwürdige Dinge nach gegebenen Begriffen kritzelt? Die Begriffe werden doch VOR dem Bild in einen Pool geworfen, also sollten Nutzer abgemahnt werden die das Wort (!) in Umlauf bringen.
