    If you saved sometime soon before evolving it, you can always reset and try again. Make sure that it doesn't have a fairy move, because once you get 2 or more hearts of affection in refresh, Eevee will always evolve into Sylveon as long as it knows a fairy move (unless you level it up near the Icy/Mossy Rock).

    You can't change forms, but you can breed eevee with a ditto (they should be near where you do the Electric trial) and the Day care is at Akala island.
