    Yes, you can get them by fuse in the wall and surprise the weird man in Kakariko village, this after surprise him in the zora domain. (Sorry for my bad english ›.‹)

    After you've gone to Zora's domain, go back to Kakariko. Merge into the wall below Sahasrala's house on the east side. Then make your way behind the guy you saw at Zora's domain, and jump out of the wall at him! He will then give you the Pegasus Boots!
