    Actually no. The dragons are passive. They will actually flee if you attack them.

    Yeah. It won't attack you. I've literally been right next to Farosh and it just kinda hovered around for a bit and then went on it's way.

    Yeah, I noticed a lot of electric orbs around it when it got pretty close. Maybe he/she didn't notice me somehow since I was sneaking. And there is pretty severe thunderstorm in the game too, along with the dragon.

    Very violent storms. So a random Lizaflos (or however you spell it,) swimming on the shore with a metal and got struck by lighting. Needles to say, he didn't survive.
