I had that look planned, for a Mega Man ZX OC, buut... it wouldn't hurt to use him as a Fairy Tail OC. :v Name: Amei Windstorm Personality: mysterious, quiet, caring, serious Family/creator: ??? Backstory: Amei is a mysterious figure, often appearing around the guild, or the city, but rarely ever in them. No one knows if he is a friend or foe.
