    There are cannons in that area needed to destroy rocks of that type. Hit the lever to turn them, then drop a round bomb down the chute; detonate to fire it.

    I think the cannon for that final rock needs to fired while it's in the middle of turning. Just put the bomb in before turning, then fire when it's pointed in the right direction.
