    うーむ。 広々としてて、予定地が建ちやすそうなんですけどね。 公共事業の跡地って予定地が建ちにくいとか、そんなシステムなんでしょうか。 一度その場所にサブ住人の家を建てて、地面ハゲを拡げてみては如何でしょうか。
