美しい村条例での金のバラ

僕が持っている攻略本に金のバラの入手方法がのっており、しおれている黒いバラをきんのジョウロで水をあげれば金のバラになると書いていましたけれども僕の村は美しい村の条例なので花がしおれません… このような状況でも金のバラは咲かせられますか？
