    たしか海に入った状態で10分間放置だったきがします。間違ってたらすいません…後住人がピコ？みたいになるだけなので工業が増えるとは限りません…

    改造ではありません。まず手持ちを何もなしにして、マリンスーツを着て海に入って約10分間ぐらい放置します。そした住民の前を通りにいくとピコってなります。手持ちを何もない状態にするのは家具とか持ってたりするとそれ目当てでピコってなる住民がいるからです。 他にもハチピコなどありますが、海ピコの方が効率いいと思います。 必ず内容が公共事業ってわけじゃないのでかなりの忍耐力がいるかもです。 長文&駄文失礼しました！
