Best Metroid game

which Metroid game is everyones my favourite is Zero Mission but Prime 2 is a close second

    Zero Mission is a game that I hold dear, followed closely by the first Metroid Prime. I do however consider Super Metroid to be the best game of all time. So I'd say it depends on the definition of ¨best¨.

    Yup, Prime 2 for me. Sanctuary Fortress is the best area of any Metroid game imo.

    Gameplay-wise I'd say Zero Mission. But the atmosphere in Super was just incredible. The music, the graphics and the boss battles made this one my favourite in the entire series. And it's the game I've beaten the most.

    I couldn't decide between Zero Mission and Fusion. Also, Prime 2 is a strong contender.

    My favourite Metroid game so far is Super Metroid because of the music, atmosphere, the overall gameplay and the level design because even Super Metroid Randomizer work incredibly well, where items are randomized. I hope the new Metroid will be as good as the old one. btw the composer of the new Metroid is the same as in Super Metroid which is a good sign (º3º)
