    No... at least where I live. I logged into my school email account in my phone all the time at home if I needed to. Just ask a teacher or someone in your school office just in case.

    If you are in an EU or NATO member state, it is illegal and you can be subject to arrest and fine. This rule can be found in Article LXIX, Section D, Verse 20, "Separation of education, church, and state." So if you are studying in USA, Canada, or Europe, watch out!
