#429【住み慣れた都会】 [新ニュータウンの建設をした] 　新ニュータウンの建設をしました。渡堺市立中手桜見会場の跡地です。渡堺市から「もう中手桜見会場は重要がないからビルでもマンションでも建設してくれませんか」と渡堺住み良い町作り課からの電話があり、すぐにニュータウン計画を作り実行しました。そのニュータウンはそのまま、中手ニュータウンとします。この中手湾岸線の利益をあげてくれるといいのですが。【次回予告】　学校の老朽化だけは直そう。市からの免助があるだろうし次回[学校の建て替えをするゾ～]
