キャンピングカーの注文品が届かないのですが

先月、セブンイレブン限定のキャンピングカーを呼び、3つ程アイテムを注文しました。その後、ポストに空きがなかったので空きを作り、約二週間村を放置していました。戻ってくると、住民の誕生日会の招待状や母からの手紙等、関係のない物でポストは一杯になり、注文品は届きませんでした。また、ポストの空きを作りましたが、何日待っても届きません。(ポストに空きはあります。)別のキャンピングカーで追加注文も出来ない状態で、とても困っています。原因と解決策をお願いします。

    最新のバージョンをアップデートしましたか キャンプで注文したもの届かないというのが修正されていますよ。

    解答ありがとうございました。 最新版のアプデは完了しています。 あと、今回のセブンイレブンキャンピングカーで初めて注文し、注文したのは3つだけてす。(1日に注文出来るのは3つまでらしいです) 3つとも届きません・・・。 そろそろ1日経つので、コメント締め 切りますね。
