I would say Free to play games and games with always online drm are the worst pieces of trash gaming has to offer. I would never spend money on a subpar all out inferior game you don't own vs a legit good game you purchase and can play whenever you want to. Gaming on mobile platforms imo is a waste of money and their are better games to get imo. I just really dislike drm and free to play games.

I personally like to own my games. As for always online games, who is to say the server won't be taken down in 5-30 years rendering the game unplayable or the userbase quits playing and is impossible to find people online. I personally find always online and free to play to be anti-consumer due to these facts. For games you own you can play it any time and place regardless if wifi is down or no
