始めたばかりでわからないんですが…

質問です！スゴロクみたいなやつをやってる人がたくさんいてそれのやりかたがわかりません。誰かわかる人いますか？ちなみに私は普通の3DSです New3DSじゃないといけないのでしょうか？教えてください！お願いします
