    It's ability is pretty rare tho, it can be useful in stages with a lot of miscellaneous Pokemon icon disruptions.

    I know it only has 1 HP and all, but the Attack Power isn't its stamina, if they ewre going to do something like that making the stage like Haxorus' but only using 30 BP Pokemon would have worked, and of course not with the same puzzle.

    $0 attack power on Kakuna makes sense though, its a cacoon Pokemon, they don't really have that much attack power, and they didn't want it to be as weak as Weedle either. Plus Beedrill evolves from it.
