The Pool

I need to know how to open the pool (or whatever that thing is). It says to send a mii or to have one camp on my island and I need someone to help me do that. Please help!!!

    If want to have a traveler you have 2 miis get married then have a child then when that child grows up the parents would say move into a apartment or travel the world you choose travel the world then you streetpass with someone and they would bring you a traveler to camp at their island.
