Banned Off GTS?

I was trading some pokemans on the GTS and before the trade even had a chance to start I got a communication error and told me to restart my console. So I went back to the GTS and it tells me that I have to wait a while to go back on. It has been 3 days now. Is this a glitch? Has this happened to anyone else?

    You ended up getting or depositing a cheated pokemon. It lasts a week and then its permanent.

    Dang. I still get banned even though I have no control over if I get a hacked pokemon. Man, that's not right.

    well now there's 2 possibility , or the person you traded with was a cheater or you were the cheater , hope you're not the latter , it's about time Game Freak take action on cheaters

    Has it been a full 3 days? I was banned for a communication error, and it lasted exactly 72 hours and then lifted.

    it tells u if an error occurs u wont be able to trade 4 awhile. Everytime I go on it tells me that. So not a glitch. However evidence that it becomes permanent because I highly doubt that is true.

    The reason why is because of a communication error whole trading. Nintendo/Game Freak did this because they didn't want people to clone Pokemon you get from GTS or Wonder Trades. The time you cannot trade is 5 minutes to 72 hours. Good luck!!
