Think about it V, "Termina" is only one letter off from Terminal. Link suffered something terminal (either during battle or illness) and now Termina is his afterlife.

The game never shows him going through any stage of grief. That's just a coincidence about the people around him. Plus, if Link was dead, how come the Hyrule Historia clearly says he grew up in Hyrule to become a knight, and lived long enough to have children, and even died of regret, not a fall.

@[ES] Aonuma said the inspiration for Termina's name came from "a terminal," meaning a place where people can come and go.

and the majoras mask was created in TP because you learn about an ancient tribe of people who were banished from hyrule... and the majoras mask description says it was created from an ancient tribe...

TP takes hundreds of years after MM, therefore the mask already existed. The Interlopers that later became the Twili are different from the Ancient Tribe of MM.

The game is not about link"s dead but the disappearance of navi and how he"s on a journey to find her, but by unexpected events now he has to save the land of termina. The five stages of grief is not about him denying dead but denying the fact that he will never see navi again. Besides when a kid gets lost in the lost woods it turn into a skull kid, in TP you can see him as a stalfo.

yes but TP tells you about an ancient tribe ancient meaning old and TP was set only a few years behind MM because OoT is before MM and the mysterios man who teaches link is link from OoT

Fun fact: The five stages of grief are for the living, the dead don't go through them, they're dead. It's possible Link is experiencing something like that in order to come to terms with not finding Navi, but Link himself is certainly still alive in MM. Heck, TP Link is his descendant so he had to come back to Hyrule alive and have children.

"What business have you in Ikana Kingdom, land where only the dead roam? This is no place for one as full of life as you." -Sharp, Majora's Mask. Note the "full of life" part. And you seem to be a bit confused about the timeline. There's a scene in TP that depicts the interloper war, which probably happened way before MM, but TP itself takes place hundreds of years after MM.

I think you should really read the Hyrule Historia. Everything I said is confirmed in it. You're mixing different games and its lore completely wrong. TP takes place long after OOT and MM. And just because a tribe is called ancient doesn't mean it's that specific one. Why don't you mention the tribes during the Era of Chaos? I'm done with this post. I already answered it in my first comment.

there are time loops, the LoZ timeline is wrong... say the majoras mask skull kid finds link in MM there would be another timeline where it didnt... meaning grows up and has kids... TP link.

The etymology of Termina comes from 'terminal'; is in a waypoint of transportation (possibly referring to mode of travel between Termina and Hyrule). This was said by Aonuma

Hyrule Historia was made by Nintendo and stated to be official. You're welcome to believe what you like, but as far as Nintendo and the developers are concerned the timeline in that book is canon. Most fans (myself included) are going to take the word of the literal creators of the Zelda universe over a fan theory filled with holes.
