El juego se congela

Alguien sabe como solucionar el bug de que el just dance 2016 se congela al entrar a la pantalla de inicio que no sea cambiar de perfil?

    Ainda não tive esse travamento. O travamento mais comum que tive foi no World Vídeo Challenge ao usar seguidas vezes o botão "Tentar Novamente". Mas esse erro só acontece quando a gravação está ativada. Com ela desativada o travamento não acontece.
