    Wela volcano park. Just use a super repel and run around in the tall grass to find it. Don't worry about fainting them either as since you have to capture them, they'll still be in the area. You'll just have to encounter them again.

    you have to beat the elite 4 first. catching the ultra beasts happens afterwards. i cant remember were it was but somebody gives you a note which tells you to go somewere and then talk to looker before you can start catching them.
