    On WiFi? A quick check is to look at the broadcast channel on the router settings webpage (Usual is 01,06,11, auto). I use my smartphone (dedicated app) to just figure out who's on what channel. If your wifi channel is set on a heavily used one, switching your network over to less populated channel can really help. Also, mind any metal objects/or other 2.4gHz devices that can cause interference.
