Legendary use in league

Ive heard rumors that using solgaleo and lunala during the pokemon league will unlock a secret ending or something like that I dont really wanna use lunala if theres no secret can anyone confirm this or dismiss it??

It's more just like a slightly different cutscene, rather than a new ending. When you first fight Tapu Koko after beating the game, if you have Solgaleo/Lunala with you, a slightly different scene will play out before you fight it.

It's not really groundbreaking, it's really only an extra 5 seconds. However, this is the only time you can see it. Also, it may explain Tapu Kokos motives when it saved you and Nebby from falling at the very beginning.
