HILFE!

Hallo,könnte mir jemand so schnell wie es geht mal helfen?Mein Problem ist,dass ich Viscargot weiterentwickeln will.Aber,als es,während dem Niesel von Pelipper,ein Level-Up bekam,hat es sich nicht weiterentwickelt und ist nun auf Level 50.Kann ich es immer noch weiterentwickeln oder muss ich mir ein neues fangen,was wirklich schlimm wäre?Und wie muss der Regen aktiviert werden?
