    ahem,... what they meant is that if nintendo does this but dosent ban you, they will give you a new 3ds of your choise, along with 100 $50 eshop cards. now in order for u to be qualified,you must take your 3ds's battery and record u eating it while sticking a flamethrower in your mouth and turning it on and leaving it there 4 30 mins,then u will be dead but get a free new 3ds and $5000.good deal.
