ベースを始めたのですが

初心者はアポヤンド、アルアイレのどっちのひきかたが良いのですか? また、うまく弾ける様になるコツ、練習法等ありましたらお教え下さい!

私はメトロノームを使って練習してます。私が間違えているかもしれないので複数のサイトや動画で調べるのが一番だと思います
