    役場に行って座り、しずえに話しかけます。美しい村条例にすると黒いバラができやすいと思います。(自分がそうでした。) 翌日、美しい村条例だと枯れないので美しい村条例以外のものにします。 その翌日、花が枯れているものに金のじょうろで水をかけて終わりです。 私のやり方で本当になるかわかりません。難しいし、ややこしいのでお勧めしませんが、お役に立てれば光栄です。

    簡単に言うとサイコーにするには、まず木を99本～199本にすること、あと雑草を10本以内にすることそして花を99～199本だった気がします。
