    ワールドの単純な広さはそれぞれ せまい：横4200 x 縦1200 ブロック ふつう：横6400 x 縦1800 ブロック ひろい：横8400 x 縦2400 ブロック だそうです(公式Wikiより)。 しかし実際にプレイヤーが移動できる範囲はこれより若干狭くなります。 公式Wikiによると「せまい」ワールドの縦移動可能範囲は1117ブロックとありますが、手元で数回調べたところ1120～1130ブロック前後でした。 ワールド生成時の地形の差異などで若干の誤差があるかもしれませんが、おおよその目安にはなると思います。

    「せまい」ワールドのメリットは、 ・世界の全貌を把握するのが容易 ・バイオーム管理がしやすい ・海やダンジョン、地底やジャングルテンプルなど初期地点から離れた場所へのアクセスが早い ・うき島の数こそ少ないが高度が低いため見つけやすい ・データ量が少ないのでワールドの読み込みやセーブ時間が短い 主だったメリットはこのくらいでしょうか。 一人でプレイするなら「せまい」でも必要十分な広さを持っています。 マルチプレイを視野に入れている場合はやや手狭になるかと思われます。
