なべのすけが来るのは 7万ベル以上の買い物ホームセンター完成から30日 ※時間変更プレイをしない ※大量の服を買ってある (最大3ヶ月来ないのも確認) 何曜日に来るとか何日に1回ではなくてランダムで来るのですよ 4回のチェックに合格したらトータル10万ベルの買い物をすればデパートになります

ホームセンターができてから、 30日以上たっていて、全プレーヤーがホームセンターで買い物(なんベルか忘れた)をしている。その条件でグレースが広場に来てくれます。間違ってるかもしれません。ネットで調べるのが一番かと思います。

少し追記 3つの村をデパートにしたけど毎日全部の服を買うとなべのすけのチェックが合格しやすいし連続で村に来ましたよ (1ヶ月で終了) 毎回テーマが違うので大量の服を用意していないと合格出来ないので今からでも全部の服を買う事をオススメします
