夜中によく潜るので会えたらアドバイスとかしてもらいたいです。　最近はゴールの前で立っているだけの方が多いようなので、私は遠距離でボールを叩いているのですが、ディフェンスをする時に何を気をつけたら良いのかを教えてもらえると助かります。
