????? How is Sharla not being a good party member make Reyn a bad one too? Though it's annoying when she doesn't heal him.

I didn't say that though I also didn't say that Reyn is bad in general, all of the party members in Xenoblade (yes, even Sharla) are useful but I think Reyn is one of the least useful

I understand now, I just didn't get the wording before hand. But yeah, I agree all the party members are useful in some situations..
