Shiny Chain

If i close my 3ds n put it 2 sleep in the middle of the shiny hunt/battle will it break the chain?

    Putting your system to sleep mode will NOT break an SOS chain.

    The SOS-Method has no Shiny-Chain! But it has a IV-Chain that allows you to get up to 4 perfect IV's for your Pokémon! The chain is stored by an 8-Bit value, that means that your chain will break after 255 encounters, so you should reencounter the Pokémon after a while!

    There is no Shiny Chain in SOS battles. As for IV chains, not it'll not.

    There might not be a Shiny chain in SOS battles, but SOS chains DO increase the odds of finding a Shiny. Putting your system to sleep mode is perfectly fine, the SOS chain will not break from doing that.

    I think you should stay with Masuda Breeding. But it makes it easier to get a shiny female Salandit! But before that you need to hatch another female Shiny!

    I tried 2000 for Wimpod! The only one that isn't Shiny Locked is Type:Null! So I was super lucky when I got my Shiny Type:Null after only 44 Softresets without the Shiny Charm!
