    よっしーさん、こんばんは♪(^^)/ 夕べは忘年会、その前等々は風邪の体調不良からの睡魔がひどく、夜のINが激減している今日この頃のほっさんです。(^^;) 15k、もう手が届く所まできてますね♪(^ -) 自分は26700の時に過去にないスランプというか、レートの壁にぶち当たり、26000を割る所まで落ちました!!!(> <) それでサブへ逃げて走る様になり、サブでレート戦で色々練習し、そしてTAも平行してやり、それが走力の底上げとなっていまいた。 今はストレスなく走りたい時はサブでやっています。 よっしーさん、あともうちょい!!! 頑張って下さい♪(^^)/

    ありがとうございます(^^) 最近試したいことがあった時には、いろんなコースのTAで練習しています。タイムは度外視なのでアップはしないですけどね(^_^;) レートは年内に15k行けたら、またマイなペースでやっていこうかと思ってます(￣▽￣)
