    @Hunter: Yeesh, really?? D: Well, I'll give it my best shot! One of the things that helps me when I'm having a totally bogus nightmare is usually watching anime. ( DBZ, preferably. :p ) Another is talking about what kind of dream it was. Do you wanna say?

    Ghosts, eh? Well, what you need is to think about this: Why are ghosts here? Like literally, ask that question when you see them. 9 times out of 10, saying stuff like that, along with "Uh, you're invading my dreams" causes you to be able to take control of it. \o/
