Sonic 1 Hidden credits *Gotta set it to the JP rom in the game's settings* On the title screen, input the following: C C C C C C ↑ ↓ ↓ ↓ ← →, a ring chime will be heard. Let the title play on until it plays a demo, which then hold A, B, C & ↓ then press Start. There you go :D It also displays 'Press Start Button' on the title screen too.
