One more Cacklebat to go...

I only need to find one more Cacklebat to have defeated them all, and it's in Scuttle Town. I have 4/5: 1- The one in Mimic's workshop 2- The one near Shantae's lighthouse 3- The one after the giant pit the Mayor's sitting in front of 4- And the one in the dark tree in the forest Where is the fifth one located?
