I've been trying to move my shiny Registeel from Pokemon Gen 5 to Gen 6, but it won't let me. Could someone tell me why this is happening?

    You got the message saying "Attention! There is at least one Pokémon in the Box that cannot be sent..." Correct? That means that Pokemon Bank has found something suspicious or problematic with the Registeel and is refusing the transfer it.

    Things that look like the pokemon was not obtained legitimately. Pokemon that are shiny that shouldn't be. Pokemon with abilities/moves they shouldn't have. Pokemon met in locations they normally would not be found. Pokemon that may have been "changed" by certain 3rd-party devices. If you can list some details on the Registeel, I might be able to tell you what Pokebank doesn't like about it.
