    Wait until night, and go to Malie Garden WHILE IT'S RAINING (or use rain dance)... S.O.S Chain a random mon, kill off Poilwhirls and Castforms, and catch Politoed! If you try this in the daytime, you will get Poliwrath instead... Hope this helps!
