The Tapus and Necrozma have the same catch rate, 3 (0.4 %), right? I used 50 Ultra Balls (I counted) to catch Necrozma, yet I ONLY USED 1 Ultra Ball to catch Tapu Lele. Necrozma had, like 1 HP, Tapu Lele had more (It was in the Yellow, close to Red).
