    press up, x, and b at the same time. plus if you have pokébank, you can take any pokémon from that save file, then transfer them to your new one.

    see if they have any rare pokemon first o3o like shinies (red star will be apparent when you see them in your pc for their description) or legendary pokemon :D

    WAIT! take their starter pokèmon and put it in the gts for a pokèmon like Genesect. then trade the Genesect to someone u know to be nice :)
