    if its the missile level - after you destroy a missile always fly back to the Great Fox and look for the two drone cannisters incoming from the direction of the planet. destroy them before they drop drones onto the Great Fox. You can also land on the missiles in Walker form, it might make it easier to destroy their spinning lasers.
